Design
From the first sketch to the last detail — architecture, interiors, and the spaces between buildings, shaped for this valley.
Every building here starts the same way: with the site. Its light, its winters, the ground it stands on. That's not a slogan — it's the sequence we actually work in, and it's why nothing we design could be dropped into another city without falling apart.
Our design teams sit under one roof: architects, interior designers, urban planners, landscape, structure, and MEP. Not hand-offs across a wall. One conversation from massing to material to the chase for the plumbing.
Design for Kashmir means designing for winter first. Orientation, glazing, thermal mass — the decisions that keep a home warm in January are made on the drawing board, not on site. We get those right, and everything else follows.
