Sustainable & Green Building Design

Passive design strategies and green building certification integrated directly into architectural, structural, and MEP design — not layered on afterward.

What’s included

  • Passive design strategy for orientation, massing, and natural ventilation.
  • Building envelope performance and thermal efficiency design.
  • Daylighting and solar shading strategy.
  • Energy-efficient system selection integrated into MEP design.
  • Green building certification pathway (IGBC, GRIHA, or LEED) management.
  • Sustainable material and specification guidance.

While sustainability is addressed as an advisory service under Planning & Consultancy, there is a distinct and valuable role for sustainable design as a direct input into the design disciplines themselves — covering the integration of passive design strategies, energy-efficient building envelope design, and green building certification pathways directly into architectural, structural, and MEP design development, rather than as separate advisory input applied once key design decisions have already been made.

We integrate sustainable design thinking from the earliest concept stage — orientation, massing, envelope performance, and natural ventilation strategy — where passive design interventions deliver their greatest benefit at lowest cost. Certification pathways such as IGBC, GRIHA, or LEED are navigated as part of the design process, not as a compliance exercise applied to a design that was developed without them in mind.
