Interior fit-out and finishing is the construction phase that turns a structurally complete shell into a finished, occupiable space — partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, sanitaryware, and all the detail that determines the quality and character of a building's interior. This is often the phase that clients are most closely engaged with, because it's the phase where the building begins to look and feel like the design that was promised.
We approach interior fit-out with the same programme discipline and quality focus as the structural phase, recognising that the finish quality delivered here directly affects the value and experience of the building long after construction is complete. Particular care goes into the interface between trades — where one subcontractor's work sets the tolerances the next must work to — and into the snagging and quality sign-off process that ensures everything is right before keys are handed over.
