General contracting is the delivery model most clients are familiar with: a main contractor takes responsibility for the full construction phase, coordinating all trades, managing procurement, and delivering the built project against a defined programme and specification. This is the model we're most experienced in, and the one we apply with the most rigour — because a single point of accountability only means something if the team behind it genuinely owns every part of the delivery.
We manage the build from mobilisation through to final account and defects period, coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades, managing materials supply, running the site safely, and holding the programme honest against agreed milestones. Our approach to general contracting is built on early engagement, transparent reporting, and the discipline of identifying and resolving problems while they're still small — not after they've already cost time and money.
