Electrical systems degrade, get modified, and accumulate risk over the years a building is in operation — additional loads added without proper assessment, ageing insulation, protective devices that no longer coordinate correctly, or installation work carried out without full compliance with current code requirements. Electrical safety audits provide the periodic, independent check that catches this accumulated risk before it results in a fault, fire, or safety incident.
We carry out electrical safety audits in accordance with Central Electricity Authority regulations and Indian Electricity Rules, systematically inspecting distribution systems, protective devices, earthing, and installation condition against current code requirements, and producing a clear, prioritised report of deficiencies found with practical remediation recommendations. This service is particularly valuable for existing buildings undergoing periodic statutory compliance review, and connects closely with our EHS Management Consulting and Compliance service under the Environmental Services vertical.
