Water, Waste and Natural Resources Management (STP, GTP)

Designing and managing water, wastewater, and waste systems that meet regulatory standards and work in practice.

What’s included

  • Sewage treatment plant (STP) design and specification.
  • Greywater treatment plant (GTP) design and specification.
  • Water supply demand assessment and consumption efficiency planning.
  • Solid waste management strategy and system design.
  • CPCB discharge norms compliance and permit support.
  • Integration with MEP and drainage engineering design.

Responsible management of water, wastewater, and solid waste is both a regulatory necessity and an increasingly important dimension of a development's operational sustainability. This service covers the assessment, design, and management of water and waste systems — including sewage treatment plants (STP) and greywater treatment plants (GTP) — alongside broader natural resource management planning covering water sourcing, consumption efficiency, and waste minimisation and management strategy.

We design and specify treatment systems in accordance with Central Pollution Control Board discharge norms and relevant state pollution control requirements, sizing and configuring systems appropriately for a development's actual occupancy and water demand, and integrating water and waste management planning into the wider development design rather than treating it as an isolated engineering afterthought — a discipline that connects directly with our MEP design work under the Design vertical.
