Many planning applications, particularly for larger or more sensitive developments, either require or genuinely benefit from structured engagement with neighbours, local communities, and other affected stakeholders before or during the formal application process. This service manages that engagement specifically in support of the planning process — structuring consultation activity to meet any statutory requirement, and, more importantly, to surface and address genuine local concerns early enough that they strengthen rather than undermine a project's case for approval.
This work is delivered in close coordination with the broader Public Consultation service under our Planning & Consultancy vertical, but focused specifically on building the stakeholder engagement record and evidence base that supports a planning application's success — because planning authorities increasingly expect to see genuine evidence of community engagement, not simply a design presented without any account of local input.
