Projects of any significant scale don't exist in isolation — they affect neighbours, communities, and the wider public realm, and increasingly, meaningful public consultation is both a regulatory expectation and, more importantly, good practice for producing developments that genuinely work for the places they sit within. Our public consultation service manages this engagement process: structuring and facilitating consultation with local communities, stakeholders, and authorities at the appropriate stages of a project's development.

Done well, public consultation is not a box-ticking exercise conducted after key decisions have already been made — it is a genuine input into the planning and design process, surfacing local knowledge, concerns, and priorities early enough that they can actually influence outcomes. We manage consultation processes to be structured and well-documented, both because this produces better projects and because a properly conducted, well-evidenced consultation process is often essential to securing planning approval and maintaining a project's social licence to proceed.
