Shabir Ahmad heads project execution at Housing Hive, overseeing every project manager and every active site under the firm's portfolio. If Housing Hive's designs and plans represent intent, Shabir is responsible for turning that intent into reality — managing the day-to-day realities of construction, coordinating teams across multiple sites, resolving on-ground challenges, and ensuring that what gets built matches what was designed, on schedule and to standard. His role sits at the operational core of the firm: every vertical — design, cost consultancy, structural engineering, fire safety, MEP — ultimately converges on site, and it's Shabir who holds that convergence together. With oversight across the full project manager team, he brings consistency and accountability to execution at a scale few in the firm interact with as directly or as constantly. At Housing Hive, few roles carry as much day-to-day weight as this one — the work of every other vertical is only as good as its execution on site, and that responsibility runs through Shabir.
